email contact, desktop sharing, and telephone support.

also run a (non-profit) computer donation/recycling program that you can
take advantage of! If you have an old computer(s) or parts collecting
dust or taking up space?
I will refurbish, rebuild the computer(s) or use the parts and pass them along to someone that cannot afford a computer

I've worked on just about every make and model of computers over the years. I was a carpenter for 35 years by trade, but a severe head injury wiped that out so I turned to my expertise & knowledge in computers and became a computer technician by profession, I have over 17 yrs. of experience solving computer problems. I use my PC 14-18 hours a day for many years. Cumulatively saving many minutes, that quickly add up to hours and hours, and avoiding problems before they can even occur, means lots of money as well as peace of mind to me. I've tried numerous so-called "clean-up" or "optimizing" programs over the years and have found free programs online to keep my PC running smoothe and clean, with little or no problems at all. I've designed this website so it is easy to navigate, and written many instructional files so they are easy to follow.
